Plaintiff was a passenger in a taxi when it was involved in an accident and suffered the following injuries:
- Head injury causing scarring
- Skull fracture – no surgery required – only concussion
- Injury to pelvis
- Whiplash
ORDER
Defendants are ordered, jointly and severally the one paying the other to be absolved accordingly:
1. To pay the plaintiff –
1.1 General damages of R80 000.00
1.2 Future medical expenses in the amount of R3 360.00
