Shaun Stevens

LLB (UNISA) – CANDIDATE ATTORNEY

Born and raised in Welkom, Shaun matriculated from Goudveld High School in 2015. After living in Port Elizabeth for a period, he returned to the Goldfields to pursue his passion for law, completing his LLB at UNISA in December 2024 and graduating in June 2025. Shaun started his legal career at BLK Inc in May 2025 as a candidate attorney.

Shaun is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys golf, rugby, and chess. He played club rugby for Rovers Rugby Club in 2021 and 2022, during which time Brendan Kretzmann served as chairman, and that is how they met. Shaun is also actively involved in charitable work, supporting an organization that assists the less fortunate. As a candidate attorney, he is gaining experience across various fields of law and is committed to developing his skills to provide meaningful support to clients.
